A Message from the Race Organizers

Wow.

What an event. We hope you feel as we did, for our first year, that it was a success. Even with limited sponsors, we reached our goal to raise over $5,000 for the Huntsman Cancer Foundation. We could not have done this, at all, without you. We want to express our gratitude to all of you who helped make this happen.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

We had over 700 runners, over 500 walkers and spectators. This was beyond our imagination for our little pet project. We know it wasn't the smoothest ride for everyone, but we learned a great deal. We want to do this again next year, and based on this new knowledge and what we can improve, we hope you will join us in our endeavor. We hope you will tell your friends, families, co-workers, both living and dead, to join us. We hope we can double the size and get to $10,000, or $20,000, for charity. We hope you will stick with us as this grows year after year. In order to make it better, we added a survey. If you have time, and want to help us improve, please stop by and provide feedback. It really will help us, again, for which we are in your debt.

We hope to build a community of Halloween fans, and more importantly, a Night of the Running Dead family.
